With a proven track record in complex infrastructure projects within conflict zones , CBL-HESCO provides the essential on-ground construction, engineering, and technical oversight required to turn strategic plans into reality.

Financial Transparency & Risk Management


To ensure the highest standards of financial integrity, the Alliance is partnered with Deloitte. Deloitte’s role is to oversee all budgeting, procurement, and donor reporting , and to implement robust anti-corruption tools and compliance protocols. This ensures that all procedures meet international transparency standards and build donor trust.
